ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze the accuracy information of new applications submitted by sales force
- Process and upload new applications in the system
- Update existing agents' information
- Process Change of owner’s applications
- Update phone, fax and e-mail address of existing agents
- Update bank accounts
- Coordinate the Bank account request for new agents to Finance Operations
