About the Role
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This will be the first person on the team who will be responsible for attracting partners in the LATAM market for our new product. You will have the opportunity to take the initiative on new projects to improve the affiliate program as a product.
