AEP Data Architect

Job Descripton:

• The Data Architect is responsible for designing and governing enterprise-grade data models on Adobe Experience Platform to support unified customer profiles, advanced analytics, and real-time activation in banking and financial services contexts.
• Design and manage XDM schemas for profile, event, and lookup datasets
• Define identity resolution strategy including primary and secondary identities
• Configure merge policies to support compliant and accurate profile unification
• Ensure data models support analytics, segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation use cases
• Apply data governance, classification, and quality standards across datasets
• Collaborate with data engineering and activation teams to ensure model alignment with ingestion and activation needs
• 6–10 years of experience in data architecture or data modeling roles
