Company & Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to support major utility construction projects by leading the development and execution of site‑based quality programs. As a Quality Advisor, you will participate in the creation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspect and validate installation work in the field , and ensure compliance with civil, structural, and electrical standards. This role is fully onsite in Ottawa, Ontario.

Working closely with construction managers, project managers, and contractor teams, you’ll apply your hands‑on trade or construction experience to strengthen installation quality across utility substations. Ideal for a seasoned tradesperson or quality professional seeking a stable, career path, this position blends clerical quality oversight with meaningful on‑site field engagement across Ontario.
