Overview

Elevate your career with Wellington-Altus as a Transition Associate in Winnipeg or Saskatoon. This role focuses on supporting current Advisor Teams with exceptional client service and attention to detail. Reporting to the Manager, Transition, you will manage the onboarding of new Advisor Teams. Ideal candidates will have client-service experience and a keen eye for analyzing information in Personal Information Forms. Youre expected to facilitate the seamless transition process while maintaining compliance and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review account documentation for quality control
• Analyze PIF to establish account types and platforms
• Identify missing information and prepare transition packages
• Track packages using Transition Tracker and update metrics
• Provide support to newly transitioned IA teams regarding products
