Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The Wycliffe Medical Practice are seeking to employ an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner, the ideal candidate being someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a long standing established team. Responsibilities

• Work part time, independently prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner as part of a multi-professional team in the delivery of high quality care to registered patients (list size approximately 10,800).
• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat patients requesting same day appointments, or refer to GP/nursing team for further intervention or management.
• Manage own caseload in response to unpredictable patterns of work; prescribing qualification and experience essential.
