Role Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in smart metering systems power systems and utility infrastructure. You will play a critical role in the deployment integration and support of AMI systems including smart meters communication protocols and substation equipment across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in planning implementation and maintenance of AMI and smart grid projects.
- Test commission and troubleshoot smart meters and related communication technologies such as DLMS Modbus MBUS RF Mesh NB-IoT PLC and LTE.
- Configure and integrate smart meter data with Head-End Systems (HES) and Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS).
- Work with smart metering platforms including LandisGyr Itron Elster Iskraa and Kamstrup.
