Job Description:
- The Senior CJA Developer is responsible for designing and delivering advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to measure and optimize customer journeys.
- Design data views including metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields
- Build executive, operational, and journey-level dashboards
- Enable funnel, cohort, and pathing analysis
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
- 6–9 years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
