ADNOC Chief Engineer

Act as the senior technical authority , ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international engineering standards.

Lead and approve engineering activities across design, construction, commissioning, and handover .

Ensure HSE, process safety, and risk management (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, etc.).

Oversee and technically manage EPC contractors and consultants .

Approve technical deviations, resolve complex engineering issues, and ensure asset integrity and reliability .

Support cost optimization, value engineering, and innovation .

Coordinate with operations, projects, and management; mentor engineering teams .
