About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end parent engagement from enquiry to enrolment across inbound and outbound channels
- Develop strong relationships with prospective families and provide tailored guidance based on their needs
- Conduct professional centre tours, presenting curriculum, teaching philosophy, and child development outcomes
- Support conversion of enquiries into enrolments through structured follow-up and engagement
- Handle parent queries with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented communication
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the parent journey
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, engagement activities, and enrolment progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and brand representation
- Contribute to achieving enrolment objectives through consistent performance and continuous improvement
