Key Highlights:
Position: Admission / Exam Counsellor
Work from home
Experience: 1-4 years of sales experience
Industry preference (sales): Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance or related B2C
Timing & shift: 10 am to 8 pm, 6 working days | Sunday off
Languages: English + Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate, you will do:
Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblacks beauty and culinary courses through various communication channels
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment
Languages: Must be Proficient in Hindi and English
