- Administer and optimize environments by following the best practices to support reliable, robust, and efficient infrastructure architecture.
- Work closely with system/platform administrators to define the platform requirement, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Install, configure, manage environment/landscape, and provide support in maintenance/upgrading of existing products/environment as well as resolve development or server-specific issues during the upgrade process.
- Coordinate problem resolution across the different teams that support the infrastructure (Cloud, servers, network, operating systems, databases, security, and middleware).
- Evaluate, plan, schedule, and conduct system tests, monitor test results, and take required corrective action.
