Responsibilities
- Manage and handle administrative tasks
- Manage daily data maintenance activities in the Company
- Managing employees relations and welfare
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Management
- Assist in documentation and prepare reports
- Prepare corresponding documents, answer phone calls and other admin related tasks assigned
Job Requirements/Qualification
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Preferably with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Able to work independently and self‑started
- Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
