Job Description
- Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Handle scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and team calendars.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Client Support:
- Act as a liaison between clients and consultants, managing communication and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare and format proposals, contracts, and reports for client presentations.
- Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Document Preparation:
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
