Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Post job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare applicant files.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to management or external accounting team.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and filing business permits, licenses, and certifications.
