About the Role

Responsible to assist in the supervision of the daily administrative operations and plan the most efficient administrative procedures to complete a range of administrative duties in different divisions or departments in order to help them perform their functions in achieving organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Administrative function and warehousing
  • Graduate of 4 year course preferably Business Management and Administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; keen on details
  • Knowledge in SAP


Responsibilities:

• Direct, control, supervise and support the day to day activity of different department and business unit of SM Supermalls

• Manages and control manning and scheduling of agency personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Manages and monitor daily inventory of warehouse supplies and initiates procurement of stock replenishment.
