About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle staff accommodation arrangements and coordinate housing matters.
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements for new, renewal, and exit cases.
- Liaise with landlords, agents, tenants, and internal stakeholders on overall tenancy-related matters.
- Maintain proper tenancy records, documentation, and filing.
- Conduct and prepare monthly accommodation audit reports.
- Monitor accommodation occupancy and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Support finance-related administrative duties including invoice checking, payment tracking, and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration/Finance/Human Resources
