About the Role

  • Preparing of plans, contracts , tenders , Bills of Quantities ( BOQ ) and other documentations
  • Performing risk assessments documents
  • To perform cost control
  • Writing reports
  • reparing and submitting invoices , claims etc
  • Providing advise and forecasts about costs
  • To read / send Email correspondence
  • Daily / weekly reports to respective Project managers
  • Update summary listing on all works. ( Daily / Weekly )
  • To liaise closely with respective site co-ordinators
  • To read and understand the Schedule of Rates for respective Contracts / Tenders
  • To attend meetings with clients as assigned by Project Manager
