About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Perform general administrative support to the relevant departments
- Handle general admin work such as filing, answering phone calls etc
- Resource management, responsible for requisition of office/building supplies
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Level or ITE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word
- Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition
- Hardworking, self-driven and high sense of responsibility
- Able to start work immediately
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
