Previous experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is essential. Proven administrative experience, preferably supporting HR, contractor management, or vendor management teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
