  • Generating correspondence, reports and records,
  • Handling contracts and invoices
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Maintain filing system, Order office supplies and maintain inventor
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
