Administrative Assistant (Event / Communications)

Contract Duration: March – December 2026; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Minimum hourly rate: 15.

Job Scope
  • Program Support & Data Management – Maintain and update databases for key programs and engagement initiatives; Track outreach, participation, and engagement records; Support mentorship and community engagement activities.
  • Participant Coordination & Outreach – Assist in coordinating and mobilising participants for events and engagement activities; Support outreach and engagement initiatives; Coordinate community and networking sessions.
  • Administrative & Event Logistics Support – Provide general administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and procurement; Assist with event packing and logistics coordination; Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders; Support budget tracking and reporting.
