Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle purchasing and procurement activities to meet the organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation management.
- Support team by organizing meetings and coordinating logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience as Admin Assistant or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and etc.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
