Job Description – Administration Officer
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative and finance support within a busy industrial and site-based environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, invoice management, supplier reconciliation and data entry while supporting daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bulk payroll entries and timesheets accurately and within deadlines
- Raise and reconcile supplier purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and site documentation
