Randstad Adelaide is seeking a detail-oriented Grants and Administration Officer for a key South Australian Government department in the Adelaide CBD.

This is an initial 6-month contract (full-time) with strong potential for extension.

The Role

Supporting a dynamic team, you will manage end-to-end grant processes and provide high-level administrative support.

  • Grants Management: Coordinate applications through to acquittal using SmartyGrants.

  • Administration: Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence; manage records and document control.

  • Finance: Handle procurement, invoices, and corporate card platforms.

  • Coordination: Support diary management and stakeholder liaison.
