About the Role
Pay Rate - $37.13 per hr including casual loading (+penalties)
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday – shifts between 7am and 5pm
Job Brief/Overview
Duties:
Looking for someone with Contact Centre experience, including use of CRM, preference for Salesforce
Customer Service
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc)
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- Booking scheduled services
- Dispute resolution
- Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)
Accounts Receivable
- Billing customers (External Transporters, Returned & Confirmed jobs)Emailing invoices to customers with copies of service dockets
