Responsibilities
- Supervise and support administrative personnel in the Home Division to ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Home Division by managing logistics procurement coordination office procedures and other tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing and provide all the paperwork office procedures and other administrative tasks to facilitate operational requirements of the Home Division.
- Assists in the coordination supervision and completion of special projects as appropriate.
- Provides administrative documents including tender specifications client quotations vendor purchase orders agreements and contracts etc.
- Coordinates and facilitates the supply and maintenance of office equipment whenever required.
