About the Role

Overview

This role serves as the operational support during the high‑stakes pilot phase of our new product and platform updates. From a product perspective, the expectation is for this individual to own the logistical health of our rollouts. They will ensure that feedback loops between pilot merchants and the product team remain smooth, that stakeholders are aligned through meeting management, and that the administrative friction of scaling is handled.

Key Tasks

  • Pilot Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for pilot participants, tracking their onboarding progress and surfacing immediate blockers to the Product Manager.
