About the Role
- Manage and monitor the vehicle schedule for FTTH field operations
- Coordinate vehicle availability to support installation and maintenance teams
- Administer and track fleet cards assigned to drivers
- Monitor fuel usage and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and administrative reports
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and other departments as needed
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Assist in other administrative duties as assigned
