About the Role
We are a moving company looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working on a computer and looking for a flexible, work-from-home arrangement after an initial training period. Training will be provided, no prior experience needed. Job Scope Filing and organising of administrative documents Printing and preparing daily moving schedules Data entry and updating of company records General administrative duties as assigned Requirements Able to work on a computer (basic Microsoft Office or Google Docs knowledge) Organised, responsible and able to work independently Willing to attend initial training at our Hougang office No experience required, fresh candidates are welcome Working Hours & Arrangement Less than 35 hours per week (Part-Time). Mostly work from home after learning the job. Office located in Hougang.
