About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide spectrum of activities including customer service, coordination, invoicing, and administrative duties.
- Process and issue debit notes to vendors.
- Update and monitor payments in case of double payment.
- Use SAP daily to process payments, invoices, and related transactions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, seminars, and workshops.
- Manage flight, hotel, and car bookings, visa applications, filing, and ticketing.
- Act as the key contact person for external parties such as travel agents and hotels.
- Send out weekly newsletters to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist and support team members with administrative tasks when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma holders or candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience.
