Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of our academy. The Admin will manage administrative processes, scheduling, parent communication, and coordination between instructors and management to ensure smooth center operations. Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative operations of the academy Manage student registrations, attendance records, and class scheduling Process payments, invoicing, and basic financial records accurately Liaise with parents regarding enquiries, updates, and administrative matters Coordinate with instructors and management to ensure smooth class operations Maintain and update internal records, documents, and databases Assist in event coordination (grading tests, workshops, competitions, etc.) Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of administrative areas Support marketing or operational tasks when required
