Job Title: Admin Associate (West / AWS + VB)
Job Hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm
Job Location: Jurong East
Opportunity- AWS + Variable Bonus
- Career exposure in the lighting, bathroom and home fixtures industry
- Suitable for candidates with POS, Excel and customer coordination experience
- Handle daily admin and clerical duties for showroom operations
- Operate POS system accurately for sales and transaction records
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders
- Assist with customer enquiries and retail sales coordination
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements and order follow-ups
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and delivery teams on stock and delivery matters
