The Role
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our team with day-to-day HR operations, payroll, finance administration, and general office support. You will work closely withthe Strategic Finance Manager and take on real responsibility from day one.
This is a good fit if you are someone who takes initiative, keeps things organized, and is comfortable picking up new tools and ways of working.
What You Will Do
HR & Payroll
. Handle general office administration - filing, correspondence, and day-to-day operational support
. Process monthly payroll and verify calculations before submission
. Manage CPF contributions and statutory deductions
. Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations
