About the Role
Job Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- To do procurement and purchasing
- Support the project team in purchasing in materials, equipment and services required for on going projects
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, scanning documents, and compilation of reports/files
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 1year of experience in an administration role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
- Flexible/adaptable with work assignment and ability to multitask
- Positive work attitude, Meticulous and able to adhere to procedures and instructions well
- Able to start work in short notice
