Permanent Part-Time Administrative Assistant –Wealth Management
We are looking for a reliable and organised part-time Administrative Assistant to support a growing wealth management practice.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, financial planning, banking, or insurance would be highly advantageous.
The role will involve a mixture of administration, client support, and operational tasks, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and account administration
- Liaising with providers and platforms
- Managing diaries, appointments, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
- Supporting ongoing client servicing and reviews
