Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in procurement duties like sourcing supplier, raising PO and co‑ordination with site for materials request pickup and delivery.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Team.
  • Handling and managing email.
  • To monitor and follow up project‑related submission.
  • To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records.
  • Ensure proper documents of all records.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum “O” level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum Two years of related working experience.
