About the Role
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in procurement duties like sourcing supplier, raising PO and co‑ordination with site for materials request pickup and delivery.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Provide administrative support to Project Team.
- Handling and managing email.
- To monitor and follow up project‑related submission.
- To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records.
- Ensure proper documents of all records.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Minimum “O” level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum Two years of related working experience.
