Responsibilities
- Provide support to rental staff by making initial contacts, scheduling appointments, and sending introductory letters and mailers to customers in the Project list.
- Pursue and generate all project leads with consistent follow-through by phone, mail-outs, and visits to capture all potential aspects of the projects and their status.
- Coordinate closely with Rental Section staff to achieve successful rentals.
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Preferred at least 2 years of related industry experience.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (converse, read, and write).
