- Position Title: Admin Assistant (Project Documentation)
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Woodlands North/Admiralty
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Report to the Project Manager.
- Handle project inquiries.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing project correspondence.
- Work with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- NITEC or “O” levels holder.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Service-oriented
