About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team at CF GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD'. This role is based in the Central Region and will play a vital supporting function in our Administration & Office Support operations. Main Role & Responsibilities Handle sales enquiries & prepare quotations to customers in a timely manner
Process sales orders to principals, suppliers and managed sales order from sales order to delivery
Keep track of order status, update customer on order, delivery status
Coordinate with principals, suppliers, liaise with customers, forwarders on shipment, payment issues and collection of payment
Liaise and resolve any sales problems with respective customers
Track quotation and provide weekly/monthly update to management
Develop and maintain good business relationship with customers & suppliers
Prepare monthly reports
Ad-hoc duties like administrative duties as assigned
