Job Title: Admin Assistant Projects Department
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 months (possible extension for another 6 months)
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in project administration (minimum 10 years) preferably within a Document controller coordinator . The role involves managing priority meetings preparing accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks.
- Organize and prioritize meetings; prepare agendas and accurately record MOM.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely distribution of reports.
