About the Role
Job Scope
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repair works for common property facilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical issues
- Attend to residents’ feedback and technical service requests
- Perform routine checks on M&E systems (pumps, lighting, access control, intercom, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain fire protection systems
- Assist in supervising contractors and service vendors on site
- Support renovation monitoring to ensure compliance with MCST guidelines
- Maintain proper maintenance records and checklists
- Ensure facilities are safe and in good working condition
- Assist during emergency situations (power failure, water leakage, lift fault, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Condo Manager / Property Officer
