Contributing and participating in annual person-centred reviews for learners with statutory plans, such as Individual Development Plans (IDP). Acting as a role model, champion, and advocate for learners with ALN or LDD. Working with staff and other professionals to promote learner independence. Ensuring learners are safe and always supported.

The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE’s grade A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent.
