to join our operations team that helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support. Develop deep expertise in our advertising solutions, providing strategic consultation to clients on best practices and customized setups. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and optimization of advertising products, including signals, measurement, delivery, and all related advertising tools. Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client challenges, prioritize technical support tasks, and develop tailored market or vertical-specific plans. Manage a high volume of support cases, focusing on customer satisfaction, resolution speed, and case-related KPIs.
