About the Role
Leadtech is a fast-growing mobile and web apps company with a diversified portfolio across non-gaming verticals: lifestyle, health & wellness, productivity, and utilities. We are looking for an Ad Monetization Specialist who brings the analytical rigor and optimization mindset from the gaming world to elevate the performance of our advertising stack across mass‑market consumer applications.
This role is key to maximizing ad revenue through the strategic management of mediation, waterfalls, floor prices, and ad network relationships, working closely with the Product, UA, and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Mediation & Waterfall Management
- Design, implement, and optimize waterfalls on mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, IronSource/Unity LevelPlay, AdMob / Google Ad Manager).
- Configure and manage dynamic floor prices and real-time bidding (in‑app bidding) to maximize eCPM.
