Actuarial Analyst

You will support the actuarial team through advanced data analysis and statistical reporting, while driving business intelligence across key areas. A strong focus of the role is understanding hospital tariffs, developing alternative reimbursement models, and analysing profitability and risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse hospital pricing and tariffs, with a focus on developing Alternative Reimbursement Models (ARM)
• Produce reports to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ARM structures
• Assess and track key risks relating to hospital event costs
• Deliver profitability analysis across medical schemes and contract types
• Provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• AMASSA minimum - strong progress with actuarial exams
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the healthcare environment
