The L2L3 Administrator is responsible for the administration support troubleshooting and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD The role includes handling incident resolution service requests access management identity synchronization mail flow management and participating in infrastructure improvements upgrades and security compliance activities
Manage and administer Active Directory Domain Services AD DS environment
Manage Group Policy Objects GPOs and troubleshoot policyrelated issues
Monitor and maintain domain controllers replication health DNS integration and AD site services
Troubleshoot issues related to authentication authorization LDAP Kerberos and NTLM
