Job Summary
Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Site Engineer responsible for coordinating site activities, resolving technical issues, monitoring progress to meet inspection deadlines, and preparing essential project documentation.
Responsibilities- Coordinate site activities and manage technical issues to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate actively in design, technical, site coordination, and owner meetings to align project objectives
- Prepare and submit detailed site progress reports and progress claims to track project status and financials
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with target dates for authorities’ inspections
- Compile and prepare handover documents, including test reports and operation & maintenance manuals, for project completion
