About the job Accounts Transaction Processing - Service Delivery Ops Manager - PTP/OTC/RTR OVERALL PURPOSE: Collaborate with Delivery teams to evaluate current process, identify opportunities for improvement, drive replication of best practices and recommend roadmap for process transformation. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive value through process optimization 
Conduct process maturity assessments and implement standardization of finance & accounting processes across multiple customers. 
Drive replication of industry best practices and process benchmarking analysis 
Conduct SLA/KPI evaluations and recommend changes 
Participate in/lead special projects as needed
