Accounts Receivable Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead receivables operations for major construction work in Welland, Ontario. This position oversees billing, collections, reporting, and cash flow support while working closely with project and operations leaders. The successful candidate will strengthen financial accuracy, guide a high-performing team, and help improve processes across the receivables function.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the accounts receivable team, including coaching, performance support, and workload coordination across multiple construction projects.
• Direct the end-to-end billing process for project work, ensuring timely preparation of progress billings, change-related invoices, scheduled claims, and closeout submissions.
